Private Lessons in Composition, Improvisation, and Alternative Techniques for Music Creation

In our lesson, you will learn to play the piano, a keyboard, or a synthesizer; we will train your ear; you will read and notate music; compose your own music; twist knobs (the future is here!); record in channels; and work with music software.

As simple as it sounds, I practice musicianship with the students, with emphasis on innovation.
I offer a path to the music world as a whole, regardless genre, for all ages and levels.

The lessons are one-on-one, for inspired people in all ages.

After the introductory lesson, where I will get familiar with the student’s musicality, experience, and interest, we will get into the core of what will ignite a unique drive for the student to be inspired to practice their instrument with a growing interest, and keep a daily discipline of creative research.

In addition to composing and performing music, I am a fan of comedy films and series. I like cycling from my house, being in nature, and spending time with my spouse Kate, and our daughter Malu, who is a six year old musician among her many other activities.

Ofir Klemperer (born in Israel 1982) is a pianist, composer, improviser, singer/song writer, and producer.

He received his Bachelor and Master degrees in music composition at the Royal Conservatory of The Hague, the Netherlands.

Leaning heavily on analogue synthesis and virtuous piano playing, Ofir’s music is melodic in its core, and through orchestrating classical instruments along with punk-rock and electronics, he applies to his melodies strange timbres, an experimental approach and Noise.

Ofir’s music has been performed internationally, selected cities include: Atlanta, Chicago, Tel Aviv, Amsterdam, Athens, Belgrade, Brussels, and Sao Paolo. His work has been featured at Muzikprotokol in Austria, Bolzano Jazz Festival in Italy, and MATA Festival for new music in New York City.
